No. Members are briefed on ownership structures, visa and residency pathways, transaction processes and transaction costs, and local regional market details, and have access to vetted local agents who operate in luxury markets. We provide a selection of top legal and tax advisory companies to address cross-border compliance, structuring the purchase for tax optimization, and tax advisory.
Is Global Atelier backed by a big platform or database?
No. It’s a curated luxury collection, and a closed community of private brokers and local experts, built by an agent.
What does membership cost?
Founding memberships are priced at $5,000/year for individuals or $12,500/year for a team of 3 agents. Additional memberships can be added to teams for $4,000/year each.
How is my client relationship protected?
Every introduction runs through a referral agreement that locks in your commission before you’re put in touch with the receiving broker. Client files stay inside a closed platform under full GDPR compliance.
